What to expect
PREPARING FOR YOUR DESIGN CONSULTATION
After speaking to a member of our helpful team, we’ll book your free consultation with our designer Steve. He’ll come over to take a look at your kitchen, at a time that is most convenient for you.
Here's what to expect when we come to you...
The average home visit will take about 45 minutes. We'll take the time to look over your kitchen and conduct an appraisal, assessing the size, cabinets and noting the material your current worktops are made of.
We'll bring samples, brochures and catalogues, from worktops to sinks, taps and appliances. We're confident we're the best choice for your kitchen makeover!
From there, we'll be able to give you an understanding of the timeframes, costs and installation.

Steve will bring along our portfolio, as well as a huge variety of samples. He’ll learn about just how you use your kitchen, consider how you want your space to flow and make the best recommendations to suit your lifestyle.

At the end of your consultation, you’ll receive a quote.
Prices quoted are generally listed and include all items discussed and agreed for the completion of your project. This will usually include all materials such as the worktops, doors, pelmets, cornices and handles and where fitting is a part of your order, all fixings will also be included.

DELIVERY
Delivery time frames can depend on the type of material you choose to go for and their individual fabrication process.
If you were to purchase a new set of laminate worktops, you could receive delivery of the materials within 7-10 days.
Quartz and granite worktops often require advanced templating and therefore take approximately 2-4 weeks for quartz and 4-7 weeks for granite to be delivered, while solid wood surfaces require highly skilled installation which can take 2-3 weeks.
