Our professional surveyor, Steve, who has over 35 years of experience, will come over to take a look at your kitchen, at a time that is most convenient for you. He’ll measure up, taking into account your gas and plumbing to ensure every detail is handled and your fitting will go off without a hitch.

Before your design appointment, consider if you’d like to fit the tops yourself, source your own fitter or whether you’d like a member of our experienced and professional team to fit your new worktops for you.
Who will be making the buying decision?
If you’re living with a partner, friend or relative, it’s likely you’ll want to make any decisions about your new worktops together. That’s why it is so important for all individuals to be present during the design consultation, to ensure everyone is happy with the colour, material, service and price. When we work together, this saves so much time and allows us to fit your new kitchen quickly and with ease.
When would you like your new worktops fitted?
We’d love to know when you’d like your new worktops fitted. Are you eager to get the ball rolling or are you putting out the feelers before making that all important decision? We don’t want to take up any more of your time than absolutely necessary, so we’ll fit your new tops in just 1 day, at a time to suit you.
Can you put down a deposit?
If you’re 100% happy by the end of your design consultation, have chosen your favourite samples, know when and how you’d like your worktops fitted then you’ll be asked to put down a deposit. This way, we can source your materials and get them delivered to you swiftly.
